At WERKS Design House we have a strong appreciation for furniture and design with history. Many of the objects we seek and convey are created by designers who have had a major impact on the development of Scandinavian and international design.

On this page we collect some of the designers, producers and style trends that inspire us. These are names that have shaped the history of furniture through their work with materials, proportions and function. Many of these designers are associated with Scandinavian modernism, Danish design and mid-century design from the middle of the 20th century.
